Delivery FAQ’s

How long does delivery take?
Your Smart Electric Bike will be despatched from our warehouse within 24 hours upon order,  if in stock. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for delivery in the North Island and 3-4 days South Island. This isn't a hard and fast rule as your bike may take extra time if: - your bike has to be ordered from our suppliers - you have any special requests in regards to parts being put on bikes or taken off eg. customising handle bars etc - you have a bike with a dropper post or full suspension, as it may take longer to set up.

If your order hasn't turned up within the expected delivery time frame, we recommend calling the courier company on the tracking details emailed to you when your order was dispatched. If you're still having trouble, please give us a call on 0800 693 2453.

Can you ship to my PO Box?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a physical address.

What does my bike look like upon arrival?

  1. After you have purchased your bike direct and it is fully paid for, our expert mechanic will unpack your bike from its carton and packaging and completes a full QA on it. We check the brakes and gears are tuned. Remember when we say ‘available now for immediate dispatch’ we mean this.
  2. We then remove certain items such as wheels so that it can be refitted back into the packaging and carton-we seal and send with our courier company that day.
  3. Your new bike arrives
  4. You will require 2 or 3 common tools to fit a few simple parts and reassemble the wheels and pump the tires.
  5. If you cannot manage you can use our assemble guides or give us a call to assist.
