Click & Collect
When we list products as ‘available now for immediate dispatch’, then we mean it!
Once you have ordered your Legend Smart Electric Bike online directly with us, you can choose if you wish to collect your bike direct from us already unpacked and tuned or we can ship almost immediately to your location, New Zealand wide.
As our bikes are pre-assembled and ‘flat packed’, if delivery is required then normally its only a matter of unpacking and tightening or adjusting. Tyres will need to be inflated also. Most models it’s a 20 minute task. Remember all our Smart Electric Bikes are unpacked after an order has been placed, quality checked then repacked for despatched from our Auckland warehouse if shipping. We do recommend however that assembly is completed by professional bike mechanics for safety. The exception is our Milano model which we strongly recommend this eBike is assembled by one of our service partners, New Zealand wide for warranty purposes.

How long until my Click & Collect order is available for pick-up?
Click & Collect orders are available within 24 hours or even same day (if item is marked ‘available now’), although if marked ‘out of stock’ items will take longer. If you are needing your Smart Electric Bike for a certain day, please call us on 0800 myebike (693 2453) before completing your purchase.
What items can I Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is available on all items. There is no minimum or maximum purchase amount.
How much does Click & Collect cost?
Click & Collect is a FREE service.
Do I need to bring anything instore?
You will need to quote your order number in store.
How do I choose Click & Collect?
At checkout, simply choose 'Click & Collect' from the delivery options available. Currently ‘Click & Collect’ is only available from our Auckland warehouse.
